      Work culture in general is good, leadership is approachable. They tend to have a knack for hiring really great people! They have a flexible work from home policy.

      Cons

      They are a company that tends to pile on responsibilities without adjusting the pay, be prepared to be overworked and underpaid.

      Pros

      Coloplast mostly seems to care about it's employees. Pay is competitive, and I don't think they'll ever go full RTO.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for internal advancement if you're not willing to move.
