      Couldn’t give a dam about their employees. Is always all about protecting upper management where there is tons of deadwood. Throwing everyone else under the bus.

      Pros

      Coloplast mostly seems to care about it's employees. Pay is competitive, and I don't think they'll ever go full RTO.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for internal advancement if you're not willing to move.
