      HR has destroyed culture. Corporate Marketing is incompetent. Doesn’t talk to Sales or Customers. Hello!

      Pros

      Coloplast mostly seems to care about it's employees. Pay is competitive, and I don't think they'll ever go full RTO.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for internal advancement if you're not willing to move.
