      No life work balance; storm duty demands. HR a revolving door of contractors and employees who exhibit do what I say not do as I do behaviors.

      Pros

      Stable work and lots of areas to make an impact. They are always trying to hire their contractors. If you are looking for a stable career, energy is the way to go. The pay is mid but solid.

      Heavy work load, early start times, and company is trying to regress from the hybrid model to a full in person. The pay is mid but solid.
