Pros

I joined Combined Insurance after working as a waitress for five years and then working at UPS for 6 months. I consider this career a blessing when I otherwise would be struggling significantly. To put it lightly there is a LOT to learn before feeling comfortable with the position, sales aren’t for everyone! The turnover rate is high because many people aren’t driven enough to struggle before becoming great. I learn so much at the monthly meetings from all of the successful agents, and even the most successful still have concepts to learn. They truly reward you for every single thing you do and if you end up becoming a great agent you can win tons of trips and awesome stuff Combined Insurance is a promising company with a strong client/agent relationship and fantastic products. I will say that some agents do not perform ethically and to be cautious finding one that truly cares about you and most importantly your bank account (they are out there!). Our $17.33/month accident policy is, in my opinion, an essential for everyone. Adding sickness is fantastic, our cancer products are affordable and I have seen them save lives and I always urge clients to look into our amazing life insurance products. Overall the best products in the business of paying cash directly to you, great opportinity for building a lifelong career if you’re willing to struggle and learn and you are truly recognized for everything you do.

Cons

Do not join this company if you aren’t willing to struggle before being truly successful. You have all the tools and have to be willing and have the drive to use them!

Pros

The people I work with

Cons

Higher up management expects so much out of you. Keeps asking for more and more responsibility without a pay raise.
