Good benefits package, pay, good working environment
Cons
The problem with pay is that so many billing systems and areas are being added on to retention's responsibility, a lot of us are missing our commission payout because there is not method to track those area's yet. That isn't far considering how hard a lot of us work, we're being left in the dark.
