Cons
Management: Made terrible hires, false sense of confidence about offerings (when they didn't even know what it was that we sold). One manager constantly slept on the job, including in workshops he/his team was supposed to be leading - true story. They wised up and got rid of him, but still a lot of frauds in this company. Many top level managers totally disconnected from the day-to-day, sales staff (even the best), and products. Products: Management/product teams wouldn't even explain the details of the product we were supposed to be selling. We were forced to practically had to make things up to prospective clients. Branding of the offerings was even a joke. Digital sales team would constantly get new titles to try and keep up with what the company was calling their digital products. Compensation: Budgets are complete BS, made by the high level people that have no idea about the products or selling landscape. Despite continuously overachieving, I managed to get paid less as my budgets skyrocketed.
