Pros

Really good group of people working on some very challenging problems. I high level of humility considering the pedigree of the talent, very low-ego environment. Great opportunity to make an impact and get a start in an emerging industry with tremendous growth potential. The company is well led and has successfully raised capital to support the work. I've learned more here in the past few years than anywhere in my career.

Cons

It's not easy. The work is hard. There is always more to learn. It takes being comfortable with not knowing things and often not having time to do everything to the level you might like.

Cons

High pressure, short timelines, pay could be better. Not a normal 9-5

Pros

The initial compensation is competitive, and I've been impressed by the talent and dedication of many of my colleagues. I'm drawn to the company's mission and goals, which align with my own values and motivations, and that's what initially attracted me to this opportunity.

Cons

I have concerns about the company culture, including limited opportunities for career advancement and a perceived lack of transparency in promotions. Compensation increases have been underwheening, and I feel that employee well-being is not prioritized. The work environment can be claustrophobic and biased, with favoritism influencing decisions. I've witnessed discrepancies in accountability and hiring practices, leading to frustration among colleagues. The workload is unsustainable, with long hours and inadequate recognition for hard work. Overall, morale is low, and it's affecting my job satisfaction.
