Pros
From my experience, the culture at CHN is much better than at other healthcare systems in the state. I’ve had several great supervisors over the years that genuinely cared about patients and their staff. And I think that company leadership tries to be as transparent as possible.
Cons
Benefits like maternity leave and insurance aren’t very impressive.
