Pros
The only main PRO that I have for Compass Group (Morrison Food Service) is that the food is "free"...not really they just take it of your check anyways

I used to be dish washer/cleaner at Morrison Food Service at Marion General Hospital in Marion, Indiana. I worked there for about 2 1/2 years. I quit last winter. I never got a raise even once when I worked there. I worked mainly as a 3rd shift cashier/cook when I quit...but I also served out in the cafeteria and I washed dishes when I worked the morning shift. When I washed dishes, I was supposed to 3 different jobs all at the same time...dishwasher, cleaner and morning porter. The 2nd shift has 3 people in the dish room, the morning shift only has one person. Due to constant call offs we worked short handed for months. I would work from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. and some days I would work a double shift from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.....they wouldn't let me stay on the clock for a hour between 6 a.m. and 7 a.m. They couldn't afford to pay me for a extra hour.
