Pros
Great people, supportive culture with lots of focus on teamwork and putting processes in place to optimize everything from onboarding to workflow. The positive culture and team mentality at Compass start at the top, where it's obvious that management is passionate about advertising, but also cares about people. The integrity of management - especially the president - is on display when what's done is always what is right for the client and the team, both of whom are viewed as people first, and employees/potential revenue second. People - both costumers and employees - matter here. As a bonus, the waterfront view from the office in Orange Beach is pretty darn dreamy.
Cons
Typical cons of working in marketing - ever changing workflow, quick turnaround needed, customer service issues, etc. Luckily, processes are in place at Compass to handle all of this.
