Pros
Equal opportunity employer. Very diverse. Pay is good for upper management. But i wouldnt quit a steady gig for the money: management turnover is high. Very few make it more than 2 years. If youre unemployed, its worth the gamble but if You already have a job: stay put.
Cons
Management turnover is extremely high. Corporate HQ is in Baltimore, they provide no support. Morale is horrid. You will need to jump ship or threaten to quit to ever get a salary increase. Entry level workers are treated extremely poorly by upper management. A lot of travel but that definately depends on the position. Idk if its budget constraints or just being frugal but facilities tend to be chronically understaffed. This leads to unrealistic expectations because the remaining staff have to pick up the slack. Then corporate needs to blame someone when the investors show up so everyone gets write ups.....and once you get a write up the writing is on the wall: they are already looking for your replacement.
