The product makes sense, it helps companies and is required by law.
There is competition but product updates can make the company into a leader in its category. The main challenge will be in the coming years. If the transition can be made, then this can become a special company.
Cons
A lot of changes, normal for the phase it's in. If the company cannot transition to this new phase, all this potential goes to waste.
