Pros
Working for a pilot program gave you the ability to really own your local campaigns. It was great to work for a supervisor that really had your back at every turn. Marketing Management was a pleasure to work for.
Cons
They company underwent a purchase and a sell during my tenure which really threw consistency from the Top down. Many mixed messages for forecasting and goals for the company.
