Pros
Limitless opportunity for hard workers. Training and coaching covers more topics and in more depth each year. Really does try to do the right things for the right reasons -- doesn't always make it, but heart is in the right place. Solid communication of corporate strategies and plans. Focus on putting the patient first at all times.
Cons
IT could be improved -- plans are in place & implemented. Conflicting goals of Patient Service with economics of running the clinics can make things difficult. Adding 1 FTE for every 2 centers or so should be tried. Need to slightly increase respect for experienced staff and improve retention rates of right people. If you're not a fast paced worker, this is not the right fit for you.
