Overworked for little pay - Front Desk Receptionist Concentra Employee Review

Concentra bought US Healthworks and the transition sucked because the upper management didn’t what to hear us with the problems we had and said we were being “negative “ and didn’t communicate well. They wanted “orange book” but failed to learn themselves on how to treat their own employees. They write you up for mistakes on the check in times and if you didn’t get authorization for a patient( which I knew the company doesn’t bring any papers). They want you cross trained to do drug screens and room the patients as needed. But won’t offer a raise till 6 months later. They rather pay a certified X ray tech $15.00 per hour and make that person work the front desk. Now how is that fair! That person went to school to be certified and shouldn’t be doing front desk AND x rays! When they pay a non certified coworker that does work front desk $14 an hour. Who do you think deserves more in the paycheck?! They don’t like anyone that speaks their mind like I did!
