      Pay was good and hours were decent.

      Cons

      Workplace violence was acceptable if you were a person of color as they were afraid of being sued if they fired them for harassing anyone other than a person of color.

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
