      Office manager helped the morale while being short staffed

      Cons

      Not being a part of the lower 48, there was some misunderstanding in understanding why certain quotas weren’t met

      Pros

      The pay is higher than most employers offer for similar positions. The benefits like PTO & sick time are higher (with increased seniority).

      Cons

      No paid holidays. The culture is not as warm & "family-like" as it has been in the past. If you do not fit a specific "mold" for leadership they will not hire or promote you despite your vast knowledge & added value to the team.
