Pros

You are given the freedom along with the support to run the business as needed. You are able to lean on your resources like HR, Site Directors, TA, Training, Quality Assurance for additional help. You have a pretty routine work week but fires can and will happen you just have to role with the punches and continue to keep the business running. Its a very great role that really teaches you every aspect of how a call center is ran

Cons

The company itself is a 24/7 business so there are times where you can get calls in the middle of the night and will be expected to assist. The constant meetings and client escalations can take a toll at times.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
