Pros
- Career progression: having the support from your manager to achieve personal career goals - Work life balance i.e. work from home, flexible hours - Being based in Australia and New Zealand - the culture here is great and people at all levels are very approachable.
Cons
Over the last two years, Concentrix has invested a lot more time into employee social activities and rewards and recognition. I think there is still room to grow here and initiatives must continue.
