After leaving, I discovered that they incorrectly reported my vacation days (160 hours instead of the 200 stipulated in my contract). Furthermore, they refused to pay a performance bonus from 2025 and deactivated my benefits card while it still had an active balance.
Despite admitting the errors in writing, the management has stopped communicating and refuses to settle the debt. If you decide to work here, double-check your contract and your monthly 'výplatní páska' (payslip) very carefully. I have been forced to escalate the situation to the Labor Inspectorate (SÚIP) to recover my funds.
