      Working in Belfast is an international experience The work itself is not hard

      Cons

      Management is very bad, mostly unqualified people playing tricks, thinking they are better than you, making your life really hard Salary is very low Lot of stress Demotivated employees They do not appreciate what you do for them Career improvement mostly only for locals

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
