Pros
It's a job. I'd say getting paid is a pro, but sometimes they can't even pay you ontime. Well go over that in the next section.
Cons
It's a call center farm. Too many people and too many rules. 3 minutes of bathroom time, schedules created by people who work overseas and have no idea what they're doing. "Bonuses" based off of surveys. (Which your job is based on, but you and the company are grouped in together and the feedback isn't separate on said surveys so it's impossible to always get good surveys). There's no organization. Everyday the rules change. In the Arizona office there are 3 HR people to about 2,000 employees in the building. You can tell how well that works out. I tried to let someone go once for poor performance but I couldn't because we were understaffed... so we kept horrible people around ton fill the gaps.
