      Working for a "trending domestic telecom" process. * The work-life balance is not there.. *A simple issue of transportation is taking days and months to get resolved. *The stacks parameters are made in such a way that no one can meet it. *They find ways to deduct employee salary. *No job satisfaction.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
