      It is just a job.

      Cons

      Lack of communication. I am/was a Team Lead for the Intuit TurboTax project. They work you to death and make promises to place you after it ends but never comes to fruition. Upper Management was changed throughout peak time and nothing was better. Nothing ever is communicated effectively through any part of the company. Difficulties with recruiting, HR, and management.

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
