6yThanks for taking the time to write a review. We really work hard to show our people how much they are valued, so I'm sorry that you have not felt this yourself.
We're continually striving to get the right balance of salary, benefits and everything else that goes into making the working culture great at Tigerspike, and it's good to understand where we haven't hit the mark. We'll continue to learn and get better at this.
Personally I find, and I believe most of our team finds the clients and the projects that we work on really challenging, rewarding and often innovative, as demonstrated by us winning several innovation awards last year. We're also really proud of our Friday lunches and the opportunity it gives the team to socialise and bond. Whilst you're right that we don't do this every day of the week, this is part of us trying to get the balance right for the teams and I'm not sure that doing these every day would have the same impact.
