Homeoffice based. Trainings at the beginning

Cons

Messed up management No care nor empathy for the employee Unorganized system of working (,too many platforms , logins, unstable connections and prof programs aren't working consistently)

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
