Highly unproffessional managmant (TL and up)
No appreciation of employees (i.e. no christmas present/ very very poor one, in 5 cent value on 2020, took months to receive re emberssment for money owed by the company)
Treating employees as numbers, ypu need to provide the required numbers and being closely monitored (in more and more ways as time passes and we continue to work from home)
no one listenes or tries to change anyhing and everyone is aware of that (TLs, HR via yearly surveys)
