Pros

Team has been great, communicating well within itself.

Cons

The end customer hiring us has very specific requirements, that makes you feel like just a piece in the engine of a big organization. You have very strictly defined job responsibilities, and the only way to move in the company is to apply to another narrow job type. It's very data driven, no space for creativity or change. Communication within the company between each department is inexistent, which create many logistical issues.

Pros

A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

Cons

Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

Pros

Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

Cons

Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
