      Pros

      Please DO NOT TRUST your team leads. Keep notes on everything and contact the OM the first time you suspect ANYTHING funny from your team lead. They will act as if they are helping you and have your back and then boom, you will be terminated out of nowhere. Trust me, the team leads are shady and cutthroat! You have been warned. Every smiling face does not mean they care about you. You will work so hard and have no time for anything but this job and in the end, they will drop you like a hot potato. I am VERY disappointed with this company and the management.

      Cons

      None at all. You handle four or five different call/roles and the pay and stress is not worth it.

      Pros

      A lot of great people with tremendous learning opportunities. My program is 24x7 so if willing to work nights and weekends, you can earn a higher rate of pay. Never boring and a lot to learn which works well for me!

      Cons

      Things can be very fast paced. Some people feel overwhelmed because there is a lot to learn.

      Pros

      Engagement and support for front line teams is great. a lot going on in the sites and within the communities.

      Cons

      Engagement and support for support and global teams is completely lacking. We talk a lot about culture and we USED TO live it and believe it, but it's becoming less visible at some leader levels. Tenure seems to make you a target vs a valued employee these days. It's unfortunately not the same company it was even 2-3 years ago,
