- Gathers young open minded people that are fun to work with - Helps with relocation - Amount of holiday (though same amount at the start as 10 year from then)
Cons
Minimum salary, stomps on private rights: -Listens to phone conversations -Reads emails -Does not pay sick leave -HR is non existent -Demands reports on your disease and how to prevent it -You will be interviewed after each sick leave -Offers bonuses, but has stipulations that enable them not to pay out -False marketing on job offers -Works people overtime promising career opportunities, which do not realize at any point -Control of labor through threats
