Pros
10 years here and the first 8 years barely had any disputes.
Cons
Multiple instances of trying to fix something that's not broken. - recently changed to an inferior HMO - disabled a perfectly working payroll bank instead of letting employees keep it. No explanation provided why this had to be done - just deal with it - introduced a payroll system that is full of flaws and issues and they refuse to admit said issues. The previous payroll system was WAY simpler. This added extra hours of work for team leaders and managers - They also introduced another tool that's full of issues that they also refuse to admit. This caused rampant attendance disputes. The people that manage the tool blame the workforce team. The workforce team blames the other. This adds unnecessary work hours to team leaders and managers
