CNX seems to exclusively use management and trainers from third-world countries. The issue with third world management and supervisors:
-uneducated
-inexperienced
-have no social skills to apply to a global organization's culture
-they strive to worship corporate policy like robots with little regard for the humanity of their subordinates
-they don't comprehend nuances of western culture and language
-they do not care about and cannot empathize with their subordinates.
-they're of extremely low emotional intelligence
