Pros
remote work thats all. literally the only benefit
Cons
metrics are unfair. As soon as I got out of training i was graded on metrics based on surveys after only 2 weeks of training after being told it would be 4 weeks. your training scores are used against you and they dont train you for calls. i was forced to work 60 hour mandatory work weeks with one day off or i would be fired. I had to take a medical due to the harm the job did to my body. I came back and got all my scored up then all of a sudden i get put on paid leave for call avoidance. Our systems always mess up and there is no help in the chat. no support from it or managers. we are left to figure it out with no help and suffer the consequences of survey scores that we are penalized for. im sure ill be getting fired now. everytime i had a system issue i would log it in teams but thats not good enough. they will blame you for everything and tell you to run a speed test because their systems suck. You have no consistent schedule, i was the only one on my supervisors team that had to change my off days mandatory and i had to cancel all my doctors appointments. a 60 hour work week came with threatning to fire you if you called out and a $1 raise from a wealthy company. conduent and health equity suck
