Pros
It's a job! It is easily acceptable by car, train, bus. It has a wide range of benefits which are helpful.
Cons
1. You get 2 15 minute breaks; however, you also have to use that time for restroom time. 2. Commissions are always changing I.e.: weekly, and not in line to promote growth. 3. Company has changed ownership 2times in less than 4 years. 4. Technology is slow to change for improvement. Company states that they are working on it but, it feels like the money is coming from not giving the employees any commissions. Leads are not updated regularly; working the same accounts as a year ago. 5. Doing a consistently good job is not recognized, favoritism is an understatement. 6. There is no ability to learn new skill I.e.: word, excel, powerpoint, unless you do it on your own. So applying to other positions is difficult. 7. The do not like you to write anything down so be prepared to bring your own supplies. 8. Lunch is 1/2 an hour so basically you have maybe 10-20 mins to eat by the time you get to the kitchen and back to your desk. 8. Big Brother at its best. Upon calls the standard question is" what could you have done better on that call". They consider that training.
