Pros

No pros at this company what so ever! Run away as fast as possible and save yourself from the wage theft and shady dealings of this company. It was no better when it was under the name of Xerox. No advancement available in this company.

Cons

They say you have the potential to make what ever you want to make based on work ethic. But as soon as you start making good money, they pull you off the job and stick you on a different job that brings your pay rate back down to $10 an hour. There are NO RAISES given ever! They expect you to bust your hump and they take money out of your pay check on a regular basis always with an excuse that makes no sense what so ever. The managers can't even explain why your pay rate dropped $2.00 an hour every other pay period which is every 2 weeks. There is no overtime, you have a base pay and if the work you are forced to do is rated $0.0015 per piece, there is no way to make a living. This is a $6 billion dollar company and they don't pay enough to call it minimum wage. They average your check based on a 2 week period and adjust what jobs you are given based on how much they want you to make, effectively taking away your potential. 6 paid holidays and you accrue PTO time, which you have to take even when you leave early do to lack of work. Yet you are expected to work as late as necessary to get work caught up when it comes in with a 24 hour turn around. This place needs to be shut down if for no other reason than the shady wage theft that goes on daily. Laid off a bunch of people and are using the threat of further lays as a motivational tool. What they don't understand is the majority of us want to be laid off, we would make more on unemployment than we do here.

Pros

Working from home No travel to.work

Cons

I was fired the following day after I requested FMLA through my supervisor and was directed to contact Metlife. I was called on my cell by my supervisor after requesting to take a ADAAA day due to a medical issue and was asked if I needed to find another job more accomidating to my condition. I reported this to their supervisor and nothing was done about it. I was told upon termination ilI was not allowed to say who I worked for or what I did for them. Apple will be getting the same review as they tried to put it all on their client. At the time of my termination my metrics were 100%.
