Trainers were very nice and overly patient
Cons
Customers are absolutely savage and abusive over the phone. If you are late for 1 mintue after your break, they lecture you on much a waste to the company you are. Very ridiculous expectations and the worst part is they have weekly meetings where you re-listen and re-live the worst phone call with a customer and I would rather be homeless than put up with this disgusting emotional abuse
