Micromanages Pay is low for the amount of work you have to do The company can fire you for anything. There were a list of new rules every week No PTO until you have worked there 6 weeks A very stressful call center environment. Most managers gave different info when I needed assistance on calls. Poor leadership Believe the customer is always right
