Pros
It's work from home, and it's work from home.
Cons
Low pay, starting at $15/hr, then switched to "piece rate," with the promise that we would make much more money. In the job interview, my former manager told me they had agents making close to $30 per hour. All lies, pretty much impossible to hit metrics to make a decent wage. I was told there would be hardly any overtime, but I had overtime every shift. Complaining to management is a waste of time; they don't care as long as you do the work. Finally, I had had enough of the low pay and long hours; it was just a way to bring in a little money while I completed my degree. I feel sorry for all the other people who were suckered into working for this company because they were promised they would make lots of money. This company is shady; they've re-listed the same job with lower pay, and now it's $14/hr. Oh, and the benefits department is outsourced. Would call to ask questions about health insurance, and the agent in India had no idea what I was talking about. Good riddance!
