Pros
Configure One is made up of very smart, talented people including those with strong manufacturing and engineering experience and advanced degrees. All of the software is developed in the U.S. at headquarters in Oak Brook, IL. There is a consistent culture of advocacy for the customers, discussions about product road map, features, what is the market demanding all focus on the question "how will this benefit our customers?" Another aspect of Configure One that distinguishes it from other companies I have worked for and other companies in the enterprise software space is its strong business ethics. This comes from the executive leadership and permeates the entire culture of Configure One and is one of the many reasons that people are proud to share with others where they work.
Cons
I would like to see more emphasis on marketing the great software that Configure One has developed, would like there to be more content available to potential customers to see - - there could be a better balance between the need to guard proprietary aspects of what the company has and the need to share that with prospective customers via marketing and publicly available content.
