Cons
Very myopic focus on sales targets, and thus not very long term thinking from a customer engagement standpoint. Things can seem, and actually be very transactional. Feels like sales generally runs the show despite the product being the real star. Decision making is a bit wonky and to a certain extent you can do whatever you want. Leadership is generally underwhelming Hiring/firing: they will do anything to get people in or out quickly. Instead of trying to hire the right people and take the time to do it, they just hire as fast as possible, then if they made the wrong choice they just fire people rather than try to improve.
