My favorite part is I can pick up the phone or knock on the door to anyone including our CEO or CTO, CFO at any time. They are all approachable and actively a part of making Connected2Fiber an amazing place to work. Cons
Small growing company with lots of challenges to solve. I myself love the challenges and find this a pro as there is nowhere to go but up. However, those who are not ready for challenges that lead to success and opportunity probably are not the right fit for our culture anyways!
