Not really cons, it just depends on what you're looking for:
- It's a fast growing scale up, so you need to like being in a changing environment where everything is still not super structured (yet).
- The company has grown a lot in the last few years, so it's not a start up anymore, we're 1800 people now (not really a con in itself, it depends on you).
- There's a good respect of work/life balance, but definitely not a company for you if you want something not demanding.
