1. Everyone in the team is involved in setting the road map 2. Working with young employees and good work life balance 3. Help with relocation 4. Can switch roles easily within the company
Cons
High churn rate - people leave the company frequently, so there is constant onboarding and it becomes difficult for long term growth. Way of working is slow and the company is reluctant to change way of working or onboard new technologies. It is not a tech first company, so tech is happy as long as things are working and it seems an after thought. Low salaries
