They are not a logistics companies that means no collective agreements rights such bonus payment for working in the weekends. Managers are generally incompetent. Even with 10% discount on all items, it's generally cheaper to buy at other companies. They ask you to lift more than 25kg alone, sometimes even more than 50kg. It's hard to get vacation approved. The culture its nice, but only applies to office jobs.
