Pros
Pay is good for what we do. always work to stay busy, Different types of work to do if you want to in distribution at least . The work is easy More good employees than bad . My supervisor and manager listen to me. Yearly bonuses about Christmas time . Clean and safe clean compared to other places I worked .
Cons
Takes forever to get rid of bad employees which makes a lot of problems for good employees. Can be boring for the employees doing the work - very repetitive. Cost of benefits increasing but things like health insurance are not as good . Standard 3% wage increase every year no matter how good you are at your job. Added cost of benefits and no chance at more than 3% more money each year means you lose money. Most rules are just suggestions and a lots of people looking the other way because it not worth the risk to hold others accountable. Where I am we focus on production number all year with employees but production numbers is barely considered during yearly evaluation and pay increase. Always talking about how well the company is do and seems like that money isn’t passed on to employees. I don’t know if it’s really a con but chance for advancement is there but limited unless you have a degree and it’s also very competitive where I am
