Pros

I joined Coremont in May 2022. The past 7 months here has been a great opportunity to step in the field of client services. Coremont understands the importance of client care and growth in your career, which is what I have experienced so far working here. My managers have been fully supportive and continue to educate me on what Coremont stands for and their ambitions for the future. Employees at Coremont are very friendly and have a strong back in Finance and client services benefiting those that arrive at the company. This is my first full time job and can tell you that the atmosphere in the office motivates you to excel at your job.

Cons

The are no cons for me at Coremont so far. The company is always open to discuss issues you are dealing with, which is natural at any firm. Coremont is always open to hearing what you are experiencing and continues to improve on their employees' feedback.

I have been working at Coremont for over 4 years and I can say that it is a great place to work for anyone who is passionate about technology and innovation. I've capitalised on every opportunity, which has resulted in a broader scope of work, career advancement, and the chance to move from the UK to USA office. The support provided by the company for my international relocation was generous, and that both HR & Management made sure my family and I were well taken care of. The move was smooth, and I was immediately made to feel part of the team in the Coremont US office. The firm's client-centric approach and collaborative culture encourage innovation, with a strong emphasis on automation, self-service, and continuous improvement through a DevOps framework. Leadership is approachable and supportive, and the colleagues are friendly and helpful. The company also offers a competitive compensation package, flexible working hours, and a variety of perks and benefits. I enjoy the challenges and the learning opportunities that my job provides, and I feel proud to be part of this fintech company.

Cons

Working in a fast-paced dynamic environment does not suit everyone. While the company's size and commitment to agility can sometimes make for a demanding environment, it remains a place where hard work and dedication are recognized, rewarded and celebrated.

Pros

It isn’t as bad if managements mood swing is on the upside which still is not very collaborative or sensible

Cons

Just don’t do it. Can’t win, can’t voice your opinion (positive or negative in a constructive manner). The turnover is high and the expectations aren’t realistic especially without viable resources.
