Pros

Good culture gone very very bad! Used to be a thriving business and good place to work. some caring people in the ranks trying to do the right thing but they are held back by loathsome, terrible management. General advice to job seekers: Run away fast! This is a viper nest fueled by the worst management you will ever encounter. This place brings out the worst in people. Blatant sexism, racism, inequity, bullying and condescension from management abound. Employees are trying to get out but market is tough. hope we can prevent you from making the worst mistake of your life. Consider yourself warned.

Cons

- Directionless, inept and narcissistic executive team has created a toxic, political, festering stew of corporate dysfunction that is poisoning its employees - Most employees are clinging to their job afraid of being next on list of never-ending layoffs - Latest launch is vaporware and just another broken promise that will only lead to further customer disappointment and churn - The new AI in the product is not the only thing hallucinating. this is a Hail Mary by an inept leadership team who has stayed well past their expiration date. - Funnily enough, new product launch is all about caring about humans. Why don’t you care about your own humans, Cornerstone Executive team? Where is your humanity? You keep laying off hundreds of our fellow team members and expect us to pick up the work of many! All to fuel your lame, not up to par AI. AI - 1, Humans - 0 -New “C- suite” members in product and marketing are junior players at best and lack experience, executive presence and intelligence - Failing business with no hope of turnaround - No one in their right mind would work here but the tech market right now makes it hard to get out - Management openly does not care about their teams and want people to leave to help their numbers - If there were a worst place to work award Cornerstone would be a top contender

Thanks for sharing this; it's great to hear your positive outlook on our leadership and vision as that’s something we really care about. There can be challenges that come along with acquisitions, especially when it comes to aligning products and culture. While these decisions are made to support growth and long-term success, they don’t always feel seamless in the moment. Again, I appreciate you sharing your perspective and wish you all the best. -Carina Cortez, Chief People Officer

Pros

The people by far were the reason I stayed at the company for so long. Working with people who helped be part of the solution rather than part of the problem was exciting and fun. Working to solve issues together and collaboratively supporting each other was a great way to drive cross functional collaboration and success,

Cons

Senior leadership is a constant turnover with consistent pivots in strategy and direction before there was time to test if something was working. WIth consistent reductions in force, teams have found it hard to stay motivated and unclear as to what the current strategy is. Decisions are made with little context or reasoning to the middle management layer which causes dissatisfaction across the frontline teams. Comp plans were often delayed, incorrectly paid and something we had to spend a ton of time figuring out if we were getting paid correctly or missing something.
