Pros
1. Amazing team lead with supporting and encouraging colleagues. Interesting staff benefits (i.e staff sales, charity sales, in-house events, wellness events) 2. Location - in between the bustling office towers but surrounded by heartlands. 3. Work-Life-Balance - sometimes you give, and other times you take. 4. Very good way to kickstart your career as a fresh graduate.
Cons
1. Crazy expectations 2. Disorganized structures 3. Lots of micromanaging between different regional and global teams. 4. Lack of urgency in management to make decisions. 5. Unrealistic goals (i.e KPIs which historically proven otherwise) 6. Daunting and demanding tasks/management 7. Always changing processes and ways, never stick to one decision long enough to reap rewards/positive outcomes. 8. HR policies are always changing due to high turnover. 9. Underpaid for the amount of workload being thrown at you. 10. People failing to understand their responsibilities and everything is in a mess and everyone is expected to do everything 11. Lack of ownership and accountability 12. Toxic culture with finger pointing instead of resolving the issues together and learning from each other’s mistakes.
