Pros
Good pay for a first job
Cons
The environment is extremely toxic and most of my collegues were in constant burnout, not from the job's requirement but from its continous micromanaging and mobbing. In only 1 year and half i worked there, i saw two people quitting from my team and i was next, all due to stress, being treated poorly and often humiliated in public for minor common errors. My experience became a nightmare when i denounced this toxicity and tried to create a dialogue for the wellness of my whole team, and i was called "toxic for criticizing". Soon after, i started being treated worse, once even told to "shut up" in a call. When i made a meeting to discuss it, i was called a liat and the next day i have been told me there was an offer in Barcellona and i "should apply". I was forced to, even tough i said i was not interested, and i passed all three interviews but i ended up rejecting the offer. As a punishment, my role was changed, and from managing 5-8 brands (like all my collegues) i became the first and only managing 25 brands but only doing supply, a role i believe impossible in the current state of the company, that led me to quit after only 2 weeks. Shoutout to the customer service team, which was the nicest people i have met in there and made me feel safe when i needed support.
